1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Return is collected & approved

  • Product passes inspection

  • Return reason is valid (defect/wrong item)

Refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind returns.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds initiated within 5–7 working days

  • Payment credited to:

    • Original payment method

    • Wallet or store credit (seller’s discretion)

3. COD Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Customer must provide correct bank details

  • Seller is not responsible for incorrect information

4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost may be deducted

  • Partial refunds may apply based on product condition
